Blue Moon

One day it just happened that I was lost. Now, it wasn’t normal to get lost for me. Especially in my OWN house!!!
I thought it was weird. I was just walking towards my room from the kitchen. I had to pass a corridor. I was just halfway and suddenly I was LOST! I couldn’t find my way out or the way I came in. NOW, don’t go thinking I have loss of memory. Simply strange..

Then flashed a blue light. It was Unicorn. She was there calling my name. She saved me! My dear sister! She thought something was weird with the way the corridor suddenly turned dark. She guessed I must be facing trouble in the lightless situation.

Later when I asked about it to my gardener. He laughed loudly and said that…The corridor was the house’s throat. Once in a while when it feels hungry, it simply swallows somebody. And to think I just escaped death. I was so relived!!! He said it had once swallowed a dog and a carpenter… It’s horrifying to know that one’s house was alive and could eat its occupants. This mysterious gardener laughed it off saying that the house did this only once in a blue moon.
Indeed! Blue moon or not, I changed my room!
